By accessing or using Jotium, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Jotium.
Service & Accounts
Description of Service
Jotium is an AI assistant platform that provides productivity, automation, and research capabilities through a conversational interface and user authorized integrations. The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old (or 16 where applicable).
User Accounts
- Provide accurate registration info.
- Maintain confidentiality of credentials.
- Notify us of unauthorized use.
- We may terminate for violations.
Features & Security
Memory & Personalization
Jotium offers advanced memory capabilities for PRO and Advanced users to personalize your experience.
- Conversation Memory:Retains context for better responses.
- Fact Extraction:Securley stores key facts with your permission.
- Data Control:You can view and delete memories anytime.
Connected Accounts & OAuth
When you connect providers (Google, GitHub, Slack, etc.), you authorize us to use OAuth tokens for requested actions only.
- Tokens are encrypted at rest and accessed only by backend services.
- We use short-lived state cookies to prevent CSRF.
- You are responsible for reviewing scopes and provider terms.
- Disconnecting removes tokens and stops access immediately.
Legal & Liability
User Content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a license to process it to operate Jotium. You are responsible for the legality of your content.
Intellectual Property
Jotium's software, design, and trademarks are owned by us. You may not copy or distribute any part of Jotium without consent.
Disclaimers
Jotium is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
